Anybody that knows the Lab Junkyz knows Mantiz. We go back like that. And this beat is one of the older ones. I know I promised I wouldn't tell, but I need y'all to know that Kendrick and Drake didn't beat me to this sample. I almost cried when "Poetic Justice" dropped. Either way, I'm glad my niggas finally released this joint. I thought y'all would never hear it. And shoutout Steve Roxx, he was AyJay when he did this verse but it's still one of my favorites. Well... I made it outta Columbia. LOL... And I met these two on my journey in Charleston, SC some years back and been a fan ever since. Lil C and Mel, known collectively as the Lab Junkyz of had performed this crazy hit song called "Bounce" and were stars in my eyes.
